Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges & Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll gladly replace or refund the item.
