Where does your Batana Oil come from?

Our Batana Oil comes to us through our supplier in Honduras.

What does Batana Oil look and feel like?

It has a naturally rich, dark brown appearance and a thick, buttery texture. A small amount can be warmed between the palms before applying.

Why is Batana Oil so thick?

In its unrefined form, Batana Oil is naturally dense and buttery. Warming it between your palms softens it for easy application.

What does Batana Oil smell like?

It carries the naturally distinctive aroma of unrefined Batana Oil.

How much should I use?

A little goes a long way. Start with a small amount and add more as needed.

How often should I use it?

Use it as often as suits your routine — as part of a regular conditioning, scalp, edge or beard ritual.

Can I use it on my scalp, edges or beard?

Yes. Apply a small amount and gently massage it into the scalp, smooth along the edges, or work it through beard hair to condition and soften.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders of $50 or more. Shipping for orders below $50 is calculated at checkout.

What is your return/refund policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. See our Refund Policy for full details.
